Mokksha, originally named Pritha Sengupta or Risha, is an Indian actress, model and dancer. She is known for her work in Bengali and South Indian cinema. Before entering the film industry she worked as a school teacher but later pursued her passion for acting.

Early Life & Education
Born and raised in Barrackpore, Kolkata, West Bengal, Mokksha completed her schooling at Douglas Memorial Higher Secondary School and St. Claret School, Barrackpore. She later graduated with a BSc in Psychology (Hons) from Ashutosh College, Kolkata. From a young age she was passionate about dance and trained in Bharatanatyam, Kathak and Odissi.

Career & Filmography
Mokksha made her acting debut with the Bengali film Karma (2020), directed by Rinko Banerjee. After gaining popularity she ventured into South Indian films and adopted the stage name “Mokksha.”
