Shrenu completed her schooling at Navrachana Vidyani Vidyalaya, Vadodara, and went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.

Shrenu began her television journey in 2010 with a supporting role in Zindagi Ka Har Rang…Gulaal.Her breakthrough role came in 2011, playing a leading character in Havan, which later got her national fame for her role as Aastha Agnihotri in Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon?…Ek Baar Phir (2013-2015).
