Bala Hijam, born as Surja Bala Hijam, is an Indian actress who made her mark in Manipuri cinema. Born on June 9, 1992, in Imphal, Manipur, Bala is the son of Hijam Biramangol and Hijam Suniti Devi, who were her topmost motivating force to enter into trades fields from a veritably early age.
