Pradeep E. in filmskickoff short filmmaking with Whatsapp Kadhal (2015), which gave him a name in the digital platform. Producers came to know about his evident dialogue effects, interacting narration, and social relevance in the plot in the second episode. They thus gave him an opportunity to enter the world of big banners as a director.

He came out with the first full-length film in 2019. Comali, with Jayam Ravi and Kajal Aggarwal in the lead, struck a chord for the uncommon tale of waking from a megacosm.
