Early Life and Struggles
Born on January 1, 1973, in Patna, Bihar, Anand Kumar grew up in humble circumstances after his father’s end. He began the Ramanujan School of computation in 1992 with just two scholars in a leased room, expanding it snappily in malignancy of profitable rigors. A significant moment came when a gifted, destitute student couldn’t bear the expenses, motivating Kumar to launch Super 30 in 2002 for free IIT coaching.​

Super 30 Success
Super 30 chooses 30 underprivileged students every year, giving free coaching, nourishment, and lodging often cooked by Kumar’s mother. By 2015, 333 of 350 members secured IIT seats, gaining worldwide approval from Time magazine and a Limca Book record. The program, beneath Ramanujan School, continues to change lives in the midst of Kumar’s expansions.​

Income Sources
Kumar’s riches stem essentially from Ramanujan School expenses for paid students, guest lectures at IITs, IIMs, Stanford, and Tokyo College. Sovereignties from books and the 2019 Bollywood film Super 30 (featuring Hrithik Roshan) contribute to his profit. Later, wanders incorporate mentoring “Mission Kamyab” in Gujarat with MKAT tests for JEE/NEET scholarships.​

Recent Updates
In 2025, Kumar declared MKAT 2025-26 for zero-fee seats in Surat and spoke at occasions like RIT Anugoonj, emphasising assurance. He predicts 90% of offline coaching centres may go out of business in a decade due to tech shifts. No money-related changes were announced around December 8, 2025; gauges hold consistently from mid-year reports.
