Early Life
Harvinder Singh was born on November 13, 1991, in R S Pura, Jammu & Kashmir, to an unpretentious family; his father worked as a truck motorist and agronomist. A childhood mishap burned three fingers on his hand, forever burned in hot oil, affecting his portability and dashing his beginning dreams of joining the armed forces. Determined, he sought a B.Tech in Gracious Building from NIT Srinagar, building an establishment for respectful services.

UPSC Journey
Singh cleared the UPSC Gracious Administrations Examination in his first attempt in 2019, scoring 804 in mains, 184 in meet, and totallingthe 988 marks for Discuss 335 beneath the OBC category. He joined benefit on September 1, 2019, after working as a Collaborator Design in JK Open Works Division. His victory at age 27 highlights tireless arrangement nearby a private job.
