Pari Bishnoi is truly inspiring; she’s one of India’s bright young civil servants. She’s known for just how dedicated and disciplined she was getting ready for the UPSC, and for her deep commitment to helping the public. She was born on February 26, 1996, in Kakra village, which is in Rajasthan’s Bikaner district. By 2026, she’ll be 30 years old, and she got into the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) with the 2019/2020 group. She really showed everyone what you can do with grit and determination, going from rural Rajasthan all the way to a spot in the Indian bureaucracy.

Pari’s family really valued serving others and being disciplined as she was growing up. Her dad, Maniram Bishnoi, is a lawyer. Her mom, Sushila Bishnoi, works for the Government Railway Police (GRP) in Ajmer, Rajasthan, as a police officer. Pari’s grandpa, Gopiram Bishnoi, was the village sarpanch a bunch of times, which kind of made her grow up with a good sense of looking out for her community.”She completed her schooling at St Mary’s Convent School in Ajmer, which is known for its great academic performance. Pari ended up moving to Delhi for college, attending Indraprastha College for Women at the University of Delhi. After finishing her bachelor’s, she went back to Rajasthan and got her Master’s in Political Science from Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati University in Ajmer. Around this time, she also passed the UGC NET-JRF exam, showing she was really smart while chasing her dream of working in the civil services. Getting ready for the UPSC exam is a big deal, a true marathon. It’s a whole process, and staying determined is key. You start with learning the syllabus inside and out, which is pretty extensive. Then, it’s about making a solid study plan. This isn’t just about reading a lot; it’s about understanding what you read.

When you’re working toward success in the UPSC, remember that it’s okay to have days when you feel stuck. Everyone does. The important thing is to keep at it, learn from your mistakes, and keep your spirits up. Pari really showed her grit on the way to joining the Indian Administrative Service. She actually tried for the UPSC Civil Services Exam three separate times. Even though her first couple of tries didn’t go so well, she didn’t give up. She got an All India Rank 30 on her third try in 2019, which meant she made it into the IAS. She really stood out in her class because of this, becoming a real inspiration, especially for young women and rural kids who are just starting. She really dug deep to get ready, studying hard and living almost like a monk, staying away from social media and cutting out anything that could distract her. Her really hard work was a big part of why she did so well. So, it’s about your people and how they can really grow in their jobs.

When Pari was picked, she got assigned to the Sikkim division of the IAS. Right at the beginning of her career, she held some really important admin jobs, like when she was the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) and later the Additional District Magistrate in Gangtok. She’s taken on a lot more over time;e, now she even handles big administrative tasks related to money and how things are run in the North East. Lately, she’s also taken on some thinking roles that aren’t about actually working in the fielSince 2026, she’s been the Deputy Resident Commissioner at Sikkim House in New Delhi. In this job, she speaks for Sikkim’s government right there in the nation’s capital. It shows she’s getting more and more skilled at working between different levels of government and putting plans into action.

Pari Bishnoi tied the knot with Bhavya Bishnoi, who’s a politician from Haryana and used to be a Member of the Legislative Assembly, back in December 2023. Their marriage really connected two people who were both all about public service, just in different ways – one from the government side, the other from politics.

Pari, a career civil servant, gets all her official money from her IAS salary and the allowances that come with it. That means her basic pay, dearness allowance, and other standard perks that administrative officers usually receive. Folks are figuring her net worth is somewhere in the neighbourhood of ₹2 crore. That’s probably from a mix of her savings, her government job, and maybe some smaller personal investments she’s made. That number is just an estimate, pretty standard for officers who are still new to the job.
