Natalia Janoszek is a multifaceted individual who has made a name for herself as an actor, model, writer, and television personality. She has made her mark in Bollywood, Hollywood, and outside entertainment by being a key player in many projects. Her performance in the movie Chicken Curry Law helped her break into the film industry, and her work with her other global projects also helped. Her notoriety increased dramatically when she competed as an international (Videshi Gori) contestant on Bigg Boss Season 19 in 2025.
Natalia Janoszek’s Educational Background & Upbringing

Natalia Janoszek was born in Bielsko-Biala, Poland, on June 15, 1990, and had an early interest in the performing arts. By the age of three, she participated in dance and theatrical performances, laying the foundation for her career.
Upon graduating high school, Natalia attended the University of Warsaw, where she received her Master’s degree in International Business. However, to achieve her goal of being an actress, Natalia studied at the famous Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute, which has produced many of the top actors in the world.
Career in Modeling and Pageantry
Natalia started her professional career in modeling and beauty pageants. Competitions in over 30 countries, where she competed in international beauty contests like Miss Bikini Universe and Supermodel International, contributed to helping her earn more exposure internationally and become more confident, paving the way for her entry into the film industry.
Breakthrough into Bollywood

Her film career in India was marked by her performance in two movies: Dreamz: The Movie, which premiered in 2013, and Flame: An Untold Love Story, which debuted in 2014. Although these films introduced her to the public, it was not until she starred in Chicken Curry Law (2019) that she received critical praise for her performance as a foreign woman seeking justice within the courts of India, and won multiple awards for her performance.
After gaining recognition for her award-winning performance in the Chicken Curry Law (2019), she expanded her career by appearing in the Bollywood film Housefull 5 (2025). Her presence in this mainstream comedy film showed that she was becoming increasingly accepted into Indian cinema.

Natalia has also been seen in numerous international projects and films, showcasing her ability as an actress to perform across cultures. Titles of films she was in include: The Green Fairy (2016), 365 Days (2020), and The Swing of Things (2020). All three of these films showcase her ability to adapt and perform in a cross-cultural setting and demonstrate her versatility.
Natalia has also been writing. In 2021, she published her first book titled Behind the Scenes of Bollywood. In this book, she discusses her experiences as a foreign artist living and working in India, as well as the good and bad that come with them.
In addition to acting and writing, she has appeared on Polish reality television shows, such as Dancing with the Stars and Your Face Sounds Familiar. Participation in Bigg Boss Season 19 also helped increase her popularity in India because of her friendly nature, which earned her lots of fans in India.
Personal Life and Influence
Being a busy personality, Natalia divides her time among three different cities: Poland, Mumbai, and Los Angeles. She speaks many languages, including English and Hindi, and always pushes for cultural exchanges through her work.
Other than her performing skills, Natalia is also known to support the cause of women’s empowerment and cultural collaborations internationally.
