Roomani Khare Age, Biography, Husband, Family, TV Shows In 2026

Entering the Marathi Entertainment Spotlight, slowly in a way, Roomani Khare has really built this space for herself. She is known for natural acting ability and that easygoing on-screen charm, and honestly, audiences across Maharashtra keep noticing her again and again. She didn’t pop up on television like out of nowhere; her early artistic exposure and those camera days before the hype kinda shaped her love for performing. Now she is seen as a promising young actress who goes smoothly from emotional family dramas to also handling stage performances pretty confidently.

Growing Up in a Deeply Artistic Family

Art does seem to run through the family, no question. Roomani is the daughter of the well-respected Marathi poet, singer, and lyricist Sandeep Khare. If you grow up around literature, music, and poetry, then it’s natural that the creative journey becomes personal. Since her father is closely tied to the cultural heartbeat of Maharashtra, she likely absorbed the rhythm of storytelling and stagecraft from an early age. And yes, that background shows in how she understands the characters she portrays today, with this subtle kind of clarity.

Early Days and Her Exact Age

Because she began her journey early, many people always wonder what her exact age is in 2026. Her exact birthdate is kept fairly private, so fans generally estimate she is in her mid to late twenties. She was born and brought up in Maharashtra, and during school days she took part in cultural events and theatre sessions. Those local plays gave her that early confidence, so facing the camera didn’t feel scary later.

Memorable Movies and TV Shows

Roomani first appeared on the big screen as a child artist in the popular Marathi movies Chintoo and also Chintoo 2. People connected with her innocent expressions, but it was actually her TV debut in the Zee Marathi series Tu Tevha Tashi that turned her into a name people say at home. In that show, she played Radha Joshi, a layered role, and it gave her room to show emotions across the board, alongside industry seniors like Swapnil Joshi and Shilpa Tulaskar. Her work was appreciated so much that she got a nomination for Best Supporting Female at the Zee Marathi Awards.

Stepping into a New Chapter with Stavan Shinde

Coming to her personal life, the year 2025 ended with this big excitement for her fans. In December, Roomani shared an engagement announcement, surprising everyone with her engagement to the popular Marathi television actor Stavan Shinde. Stavan is recognised for roles in shows like Tumcha Amcha Same Asta. The two shared pictures from their close-knit engagement ceremony, and friends, family, and co-stars like Siddharth Chandekar and Mitali Mayekar rushed in with blessings right away. In 2026, fans still call him her husband-to-be, and they are waiting for the grand wedding.

Beyond the Camera: A Love for Theatre

Even as her television career grows, Roomani hasn’t let go of her stage passion. She stays involved with Marathi theatre, a space that really requires commitment, practice, and raw talent. Some actors use stage time to polish their skills, but for her it seems more like a genuine source of creative comfort. Managing TV shoot schedules and rehearsals for live performances only shows how deeply she values the acting craft itself, not just a job but a craft.

Additional Information

There is something kind of refreshing about seeing a young actress move through the industry with calm confidence. Rather than chasing constant social media attention every day, Roomani seems focused on selecting meaningful roles and respecting her artistic roots. Not many people manage both a rising career and a widely discussed romance with such quiet self-control, and it stands out. As she continues taking up new projects and enters this fresh personal chapter alongside Stavan, it feels fair to say her journey is only beginning.
