Early Life and Background
Keerthika Govindhasamy, also known as Keerthi History, is a content producer and history lover from Tamil Nadu, India. She was raised in a stereotypical village background and from a region where females were most likely discouraged from going to college. Despite her upbringing, with the support of her parents, Keerthika was nevertheless able to follow through with school. Though she was first thought to pursue medical school to be a doctor, she opted instead to study her passion, which is history.

From childhood, Keerthika was keen on learning ideas rather than remembering facts. Her analytical approach to studies distinguished her and enabled her to strongly identify with topics of interest to her, chiefly history.
